If you were unable to find a solution to your problem use this form to file a support request. We will get back to you within 2 business days. If you purchased Auction Sentry prior to February 27, 2008 you will need to follow a simple registration process and upgrade to the latest version of the software to avoid problems using Auction Sentry. If the Auction Sentry Auto Updater just crashed, don't worry, this is an expected one-time behavior. Please try opening Auction Sentry again before contacting support. If crashing persists after restarting Auction Sentry then please contact Customer Support. If you have not already done so, please create your Auction Sentry account. Upgrade to the latest version of Auction Sentry, available on our download page. Once you are on the latest version of Auction Sentry you will be prompted to enter your Auction Sentry username and password when you first run the program after upgrading. You will only need to enter this information into Auction Sentry once. After doing so, the program will automatically validate your registration and open without requesting your user name and password.
