In the past, my bidding was so ridiculously high in order to win an item, I would often end up paying far too much for an item just to stay ahead of the bidding. Now, I set a realistic maximum and AS places it right at the end of the auction. AS has NEVER missed a bid! Thanks for that. The other thing I really like is the ability to place a pending bid and then cancel it should I change my mind or find a similar item cheaper – bidding directly on eBay, bids cannot be cancelled like this. It’s also great to keep up-to-the-minute track of everything, whether I’m bidding or not. Furthermore, AS is ridiculously user-friendly - I was up-and-running in minutes, plus when I did run into a snag, my mail was answered timeously and the support was really good, even though at that time I was still using an evaluation copy! I was a little reluctant at first to use it. But those fears quickly faded when I sniped my first Auction. A few month's ago I bought (competing product) and could'nt get it to work.
